It’s hard for me to except what is on the news these days. It seems to have this weird message of the only way we can get along is if we divide. The only way that we can ever achieve what we think we can is if we focus on each other’s flaws. Sure, mistakes have been made, but time can heal all wounds.
Instead, we are killing each other over the idea of social justice. I look around and see a land that has afforded us many freedoms and we have slowly covered all of them with the smell of our own urine.
Yet, when I look at this photo, I see the most amazing example of what it is like when we work together. We create beauty.
