Step 1 
Accept the trauma for what it is. It is something that won’t kill you, so obviously it will make you stronger. Besides, you look stupid whining about it. 
Step 2 
Sit on the floor in a cross legged position. Underwear is optional. For some reason, today I really felt like feeling recycled plastic bottles under my bare ass. 
Step 3 
Sit up in good posture. Your mom was right. You should have listened to her when she told you to stand up straight. Now look at all those back problems you are having. 
Step 4 
Just breathe. as much as you can, for as long as you can. Realize that this shit too, shall pass. And you will be a stronger person for it. Now stop whining and be happy.
